There is no substitute for an accurate, up to date land survey carried out by a qualified surveyor. Using the latest data gathering methods, such as GPS and Robotic survey instruments, we can guarantee the accuracy and reliability you require. Our survey teams are equipped with VRS Now - a real time GPS system based on the Ordnance Survey's GPS network. This allows our surveyors to get OS co-ordinates and levels instantly. The Environment Agency insist that this system is used for Flood Risk Assessment.

Once a Land Survey plan has been produced by our advanced mapping software, a Triangular Digital Ground Model can be formed. From this model contours, square level grids, sections, 3D views and volumes can be produced.

Plots can be provided at any scale on quality paper or stable polyester film in either black and white or full colour.

Digital Data

All surveys are produced in CAD to an extremely high standard. Any specified format for colours, layers, line types etc. can be easily met by our versatile CAD system.

Digital data can be emailed or supplied on CD or DVD.
