Land Surveyor / Measured Building Surveyor
Bury Associates Limited is a small, innovative survey company based in Worcester and operating through out the UK.
This position is being created as part of the natural growth of our company but we are looking for a candidate who can provide an input of ideas and experience to help us expand further.
Candidates should be enthusiastic and outgoing, with at least 2 years post qualification experience of carrying out Land and Measured Building Surveys. Experience in laser scanning and processing point cloud data would be an advantage, as would an ability to use Revit software.
Candidates must be:
- physically fit
- Preferably educated to HND or Degree level in a relevant subject
- a proficient user of AutoCAD and modern survey processing software, as well as possessing good, all round computer skills
- able to liase with clients, run their own projects and supervise other members of staff
- experienced with a wide range of the latest survey hardware including laser scanners, robotic instruments and GPS
- in possession of a clean full UK driving licence
